4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Harassment or abuse: Using the AI chat feature ("Stella") to generate hate speech, threats, harassment, or any content that violates applicable laws. We may monitor chat logs and terminate access for abusive users.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access another user's account, bypass security measures, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.
• Commercial use: Using the Service or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent (e.g., reselling PDF certificates, scraping test questions).
• Uploading malicious code: Transmitting viruses, worms, or other harmful software.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any paid fees, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND REFUNDS

5.1 One‑Time PDF Certificate

• Delivery: After successful payment, a PDF certificate will be generated and emailed to the address associated with your account. You may also download it from your account area.
• Refunds: Because the PDF is a digital product delivered immediately, no refunds will be issued once the PDF has been sent or made available for download. If a technical error prevents delivery (e.g., you never receive the email), we will re‑send the PDF or issue a refund upon request.

5.2 Monthly Subscription (AI Chat "Stella")

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.

5.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. You remain responsible for any fees incurred by us due to chargebacks.

6. AI CHAT FEATURE ("STELLA")

• Availability: Only active subscribers may access the AI chat.
• No professional advice: Stella is an AI, not a human. It cannot provide therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. Do not rely on Stella for emergencies.
• Data retention: Chat messages are stored as described in our Privacy Policy. We may review anonymised logs to improve the service.
• Misuse: We may terminate your subscription without refund if you use Stella to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Our content: All content on the Website, including but not limited to the test images, text descriptions, scoring algorithms, website design, logos, and the "Soul Star Test" name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• License to you: We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non‑commercial use.
• Prohibited uses: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Your content: You retain ownership of any messages you send via the AI chat. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, and use that content to provide the Service (e.g., to generate AI responses). We do not claim ownership of your chat messages.

• Any defects or errors will be corrected.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
